Eaton’s GOLF Golf Division division is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager – OEM. This is an onsite role based at our Global Innovation Center in Pinehurst, NC. Relocation assistance will be provided.

Position Overview:

The expected annual salary range for this role is $116250.03 – $170500.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

The Senior Product Manager – OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) will be responsible for managing the global P&L for our OEM business, inclusive of both swing and putter grips. This position will have the freedom to build and execute our OEM consumer product strategy and the opportunity to partner with our sales channel leader and a network of external agencies to win in the OEM channel around the world. The ideal candidate is passionate about the game of golf and has a proven track-record of building and managing a line of business.

The Senior Product Manager – OEM will be responsible for all consumer activities in support of growing our OEM business that includes consumer, market, and profitability research/analysis. We will look to this role to paint the picture of what the consumer strategy looks like today and what it could look like in 2030.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the virtual product P&L for all grips sold in the OEM channel (both proprietary design and Golf Pride real deal for custom).
  • Work with the OEM Channel Sales leader to develop a compelling growth vision for the OEM business.
  • Develop a comprehensive and compelling product vision and consumer strategy for the OEM Channel that is grounded in consumer insight around the club purchase experience.
  • Work with Program Management and other operations leaders to streamline our support of OEM business needs.
  • Look for opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs to serve the OEM channel to improve profitability in the business.
  • Connect the dots between multiple business goals, golfer needs and market trends to build consumer solutions. 
  • Build framework and incorporate consumer (golfer) research into product decision recommendations to OEM customers.
  • Work together with program management, engineering, and sales to drive product development from conceptualization through design, development, launch, and post-launch.
  • Track metrics to assess success and failure of projects, while ensuring the team and stakeholders are aligned on goals.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of customer and competitive portfolios to continually identify ways to improve our golfer experience.
  • Help mentor and demonstrate skills to assist the growth and maturation of the Product Management team.


Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Five or more (5+) years of progressive experience in product management.
  • P&L management experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of proven experience, seven or more (7+) year in product management. 
  • Experience applying design thinking tools and methodologies.
  • Work experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods.
  • Authentic connection to the game of golf.

Travel Criteria:

  • Desire and ability to travel up to 25% domestic and internationally.
