I’d like to return or exchange my grips. What do I do?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return for a refund within 45 days of purchase. All non-grip merchandise must be new & in unused condition with all labels and tags attached, and will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Refunds of new & unused merchandise/grips will be provided in the form of original payment. If grips are not performing to your standards, you may return them and receive store credit. How do I cancel my online order?

We strive to efficiently fulfill your order to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel an order, please complete the Contact Us form or email us at golfpridesales@eaton.com immediately. We will make every effort to cancel.

If your order is already in process, we are unable to cancel it. If this is the case, you can simply follow the instructions above to return your order. We will verify your order status after you contact us.

I ordered grips but have not yet received my tracking information. Where can I access that?

Orders are only fulfilled on business days (Monday through Friday). Your order will be processed on the same day it is placed, or the following business day, depending on the time of day it is placed. You will receive your tracking information via email the morning following shipment (i.e. If you order Friday afternoon, your order will ship the following Monday, and your tracking information will be sent on Tuesday).

If you have registered an account at store.golfpride.com, you may also log in to your account and access your order history by clicking My Account –> My Orders in the top right-hand corner.

What is Golf Pride’s grip warranty?

If you believe your grip has a defect and was purchased directly through store.golfpride.com, or the grip was purchased from one of our certified retail locations, please contact golfpridesales@eaton.com with details regarding the quality issue as well as relevant images of the grip. We cannot guarantee grips purchased from non-authorized retailers such as eBay.

How can I tell if I purchased a counterfeit grip?

If you believe you may have purchased counterfeit grips, please submit a form through https://www.golfpride.com/about/counterfeit/

Golf Pride’s anti-counterfeit team works daily to combat fake grips. We do not recommend purchasing grips from sources such as eBay or Amazon, as counterfeit grips are extremely common and we cannot guarantee the authenticity of grips not purchased directly from us or one of our certified retailers.

I want to purchase the same grips that came on my club and are not a standard retail grip. How do I do that?

Our Clubmaker Series features select grips created for our club manufacturer partners, with slight modifications. If you are looking for the exact same grip and you do not see it in the Clubmaker Series, we recommend reaching out to the club manufacturer directly.

Do you offer active or retired military discounts?
