Retail Demand Manager
The Golf Pride Retail Demand Manager is responsible for developing a rolling 18-month unit and revenue demand forecast incorporating business intelligence, sell-through trends, new products, new product cannibalization, promotions, and customer programs. The Retail Demand Manager drives the first two steps of the Golf Pride Integrated Business Planning process (1 – Data Gathering and Product Planning and 2 – Demand Planning) and is an active participant in the remaining steps. The primary responsibility is to deliver a complete Demand Plan using all available data from internal and external sources. The Retail Manager fully participates as a cross-functional member of the Supply, Consensus, and Executive review steps.
Global Innovation Strategy Manager
Golf Pride® has recently built a state-of-the-art Innovation Center in Pinehurst, NC to better support our customers. The new Global Innovation Center serves as Global HQ, retail store, fitting studio and is home to our rapid-prototyping lab where we can build prototypes in the morning and test them with players in the afternoon. The ideal candidate is passionate about the game of golf and has a proven-track record of developing and executing product strategies that meets the needs of the business.
Golf Pride, the global leader in golf grip innovation and technology, is currently seeking a Demand Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Pinehurst, NC Global Innovation Center. Relocation assistance will be provided. In this function you will assess forecast assumptions based on the analysis of market data, industry dynamics, statistics, business trends, and demand patterns.
Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
The FP&A Manager works collaboratively with finance, accounting and business resources throughout the region. This finance leader will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all financial planning, reporting and analysis and lead and execute the processes necessary to plan, record, analyze, and report on the financial conditions of the business, including coordinating and consolidating the reporting of the division and functions in US, UK and Asia. This role will plan and co-ordinate the preparation of strategic plans and profit plans. This role will mentor and be a business partner to the plant controllers on reporting and analysis activities and manage two direct reports. This role will also manage the Divisional headquarters budgets.
Supply Planning Manager
The Supply Planning Manager will partner closely with the Global Retail Demand Manager and will be responsible for delivering a world class retail customer experience by making sure that product inventory is always available across all channels. They will work as part of the Golf Pride Materials team and serve as the key link between our commercial team, our global distribution network, and our manufacturing plants.
