Consumer Experience Specialist
World class consumer experiences are foundational for our success, and Golf Pride is looking for that next brand champion that will positively impact and own every consumer interaction and resolution. The Golf Pride Consumer Experience Specialist will play an instrumental role in managing and enhancing Golf Pride’s direct interaction with consumers. The Consumer Experience Specialist will engage with consumers by phone, email, in person and other digital tools to first understand the customers need and provide fast, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly feedback. From direct interactions to managing and tracking inquiries for service requests, to identifying and supporting process improvements, the job supports the full consumer experience. The Consumer Experience Specialist will be the primary connection for any consumer interaction digitally and is the first impression for all in person visits at our Global Innovation Center.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the marketing process by collaborating with the Global Marketing team and managing multiple projects. In the role the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and supporting various marketing, retail, and consumer initiatives within the Marketing Department.
Retail Demand Analyst
The Retail Demand Analyst – North America is responsible for developing a rolling 18-month unit and revenue demand forecast incorporating business intelligence, sell-through trends, new products, new product cannibalization, promotions, and customer programs. The Retail Demand Analyst – North America drives the first two steps of the Golf Pride Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process (1 – Data Gathering and Product Planning and 2 – Demand Planning) and is an active participant in the remaining steps. The primary responsibility and focus are to deliver a complete Demand Plan using all available data from internal and external sources.
Global Quality Manager

As the senior most leader within the function, the Global Quality Manager role has two primary focuses:
- Player Focus: Champion Golf Pride’s brand standard for product quality and create global testing standards that are correlated to player experience
- Operations Focus: Build a global quality system that consistently delivers products that meet our brand standard from both Golf Pride plants, to all channels
Golf Pride Tour Technician
Golf Pride is opening the first ever Tour Authentic Grip Experience at its Global Innovation Center (GIC) in Pinehurst, NC and is looking for next Tour Technician. The Golf Pride Tour Technician will play an instrumental role in shaping and defining this world class experience, requiring the ability and passion to grow this new venture. As a Tour Technician, you will provide expert, tour level product consultation & grip install to each consumer from greeting to product selection, installation & check out. The Tour Technician will be responsible for working with Golf Pride’s GIC team to support new product & install development insights to grow the category as well as the daily operation of the experience center.
