Account Login FAQs

To sign in, go to the Golf Pride Login page:

  1. Enter your email and click Next
  2. Enter your password and click Verify
  3. (Optional) Select Keep me signed in to stay logged in on your browser until cookies are cleared

*Trouble signing in? 
 You may need to reset your password or reactivate your account if you haven’t signed in since our website relaunch in May 2025.

If you're still having issues, please contact Customer Service for help.

To reset your password:

  • Enter your email on the login page and click Next
  • On the password screen, click Forgot Password
  • Click Send me an email to receive your verification code
  • Enter the code you receive via email, then click Verify
  • Create a new password that meets the following criteria:
    • At least 8 characters
    •  Includes an uppercase and lowercase letter
    • Includes a number
    • Doesn’t include your username
    • Is different from your last 4 passwords
    • Confirm your new password and click Reset Password

Once successful, you’ll be logged in automatically.

If your account was created before May 2025, you’ll need to reactivate it before accessing your past orders and saved account info. This is a one-time step.
