These Official Rules apply to the 2026 Eaton Golf Pride® X Pinehurst Resort Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) to be conducted between June 1, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern time and ending June 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time (the “Entry Period”). These Official Rules and other details of these Sweepstakes are all available at https://www.golfpride.com/us/en-us/customer-service-hub/policies/2026-sweepstakes-official-rules.html and may also be accessed from the entry email sent to participants.
1. Eligibility.
(A) General Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of Eaton Corporation (“Eaton”) or its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, attorneys, successors and assigns, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family members or individuals living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win any Prize. For purposes of these eligibility rules, “immediate family members” means spouse, children, parents, parents of spouse, siblings, and spouse’s siblings. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
(B) Additional Eligibility Requirements. Prior to being eligible to receive any Prize in any of the Sweepstakes, an Entrant who has been selected as a potential winner of the Sweepstakes must provide Sponsor with any information or certifications needed by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole judgment. Without limiting the foregoing, a person who has been selected as the potential winner of any Prize may be required to sign a copy of these Official Rules and to complete and sign (1) a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited) and (3) any other document Sponsor determines is required, necessary or appropriate, in its sole judgment, to confirm the winner’s eligibility and for tax reporting purposes, including without limitation the winner’s Social Security Number or taxpayer identification number. In addition, the winner will be required to provide Sponsor with a signed Release, in the form provided by Sponsor. All of the foregoing, if requested by Sponsor, must be provided by each potential winner within thirty (30) days of being notified that he or she is a potential winner. Being eligible to participate in any of the Sweepstakes or receive a Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, territorial, municipal, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Official Rules. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant (“you”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet all Eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Eaton as final and binding as it relates to the conduct of the Sweepstakes.
3. How to Enter. Each eligible individual may enter by visiting https://www.golfpride.com/us/en-us/customer-service-hub/policies/2026-sweepstakes-official-rules.html and submitting the form during the Entry Period. You will receive one (1) entry to the Sweepstakes in this way. Each person may enter the Sweepstakes only one (1) time. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants grant the Sponsor the non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable rights to validate and verify the entry. Entries must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted.

5. Prize and Odds of Winning. One (1) Prize will be awarded to one (1) winner. The Prize will consist of all of the following:
(A) one set of Golf Pride golf club grips, with custom fitting; (the “Golf Club Grips and Custom Fitting”) for the winner and three (3) guests.
(B) a stay for four (4) guests at Pinehurst Resort in Pinehurst, NC, including lodging, and meals (the “Stay Package”); and
(C) three (3) rounds of golf for four (4) guests at Pinehurst Resort (the “Golf Rounds”).
Estimated retail value of the Prize is $10,000. The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received; one (1) Prize will be awarded to one (1) winner.
The Golf Club Grips and Custom Fitting. The winner and three (3) guests will receive a set of Golf Pride golf club grips (up to 13 swing grips and 1 putter grip per person), to be custom-fitted to the winner and guests. The winner and guests may choose to have the regripping performed at Golf Pride’s Retail Lab and Performance Lab in Pinehurst, NC, provided that this is done while the winner is staying at Pinehurst Resort during the Stay Package.
The Stay Package. The Stay Package will consist of two (2) nights accommodations at Pinehurst Resort, including breakfast and dinner daily, for the winner and three (3) guests. The rooms will be two (2) standard resort rooms, double occupancy. The winner will be responsible for booking the dates of the Stay Package with Pinehurst Resort. The Stay Package must be booked and redeemed before December 31st, 2027, based on Pinehurst Resort availability.
The Winner and Guests are responsible for purchasing and coordinating their travel to and from Pinehurst. Pinehurst Resort offers airport shuttle transportation and can be arranged by the Winner and Pinehurst Resort upon booking The Stay Package.
The winner’s Guests must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure, unless the companion is a child of the winner or is a sibling or friend of the winner with the appropriate parental permissions and releases. The winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time.
All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package descriptions above, including but not limited to, additional ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of the winner.
The Golf Rounds. Three (3) rounds of golf for four (4) guests are included in the prize, including one (1) Round on Pinehurst No. 8, one (1) Round on Pinehurst No. 10, and one (1) Round on The Cradle, during their stay. Tee times will be arranged between Pinehurst Resort and the winner, subject to availability, during the booking process. All tee times must be arranged and played during the stay package redemption. Caddie fees and gratuities are not included. Any fees associated with additional golf, other than what is included in the prize package, booked by the winner and/or guests in advance or while on property is at the expense of the winner and guests.
Other Prize Rules. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Eaton’s discretion. The Prize is nontransferable. No substitution of Prize or transfer/assignment of Prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winner is permitted. However, Eaton reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason, subject to applicable law. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of a Prize are the sole responsibility of each winner of the Prize.
6. Winner Selection and Notification. The potential winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected by a random drawing from among all eligible entries to the Sweepstakes, which will be conducted on or around June 21, 2026. The person whose name is selected in the drawing will be notified by Sponsor or Sponsor’s representative within five (5) days of the Sweepstakes drawing, by the email provided on the submission form. Eaton shall have no liability for any person’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or if such person provided Eaton incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If any person whose name is selected in the Sweepstakes drawing cannot be contacted, fails to claim the Prize within ten (10) days from the time award notification was sent, or does not satisfy the conditions described in the “Eligibility” section above, then that person will be ineligible to receive a Prize and an alternate winner will be selected by means of a random drawing from among all eligible Sweepstakes entries. If it becomes necessary to select alternate potential winners as described above, Sponsor will do so only five (5) times. If no person selected as a potential winner satisfies all Eligibility requirements or accepts the Prize after these five (5) additional attempts, Sponsor may not award the Prize to any person.
Receipt by each winner of the Prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY ENTRANT (AT EATON‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH ENTRANT’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility by Eaton, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. No person whose name is drawn in the drawing will be an actual “winner” and eligible to receive a Prize unless and until that person’s eligibility has been verified.
7. Publicity Rights Granted By You. Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Sweepstakes you agree that Eaton, anyone acting on behalf of Eaton’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
8. Terms & Conditions. Eaton reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in the event of virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Eaton’s control, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Eaton may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Eaton. Eaton reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Official Rules. Eaton has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void Sweepstakes entries for any legal reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by these Official Rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Eaton reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Additional Conditions and Release. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees for the Entrant and for the Entrant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and to interpretation of these rules by Eaton; (b) to release and hold harmless Eaton and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in any of the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); and (c) to indemnify Released Parties from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
10. Limitation of Liability. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an Entrant's entry into a Sweepstakes is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry into the Sweepstakes, if possible. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of Prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Eaton reserves the right to award only the stated number of Prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
11. Disputes. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND OHIO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Ohio having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). Each participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
12. Sponsor. The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Eaton 1000 Eaton Boulevard Beachwood OH 44122 United States of America.
13. Winners List. To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Eaton 8609 Six Forks Road Raleigh, NC 27615 USA. Requests must be received no later than June 30, 2026.
14. Tax Forms and Reporting. As a condition of receiving any prize, each potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an IRS Form W‑9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) and any other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor to enable compliance with applicable tax reporting obligations.
Failure to timely provide a completed Form W‑9 or other requested documentation (within the timeframe specified by Sponsor) may result in forfeiture of the prize, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and selection of an alternate winner.
The value of the prize may be reported to the Internal Revenue Service and other applicable tax authorities as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.
