Golf Pride®, the #1 golf grip brand worldwide, is seeking a Director of IT & Digital Transformation to shape and lead the company’s enterprise technology strategy. This role is responsible for enabling business growth, operational excellence, and data‑driven decision‑making through a scalable, integrated, and secure technology ecosystem.
Reporting directly to the President and General Manager of Golf Pride, with a functional reporting line to Eaton IT, this role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership and a key liaison between Golf Pride and the broader Eaton technology organization.
This position is based at Golf Pride’s state‑of‑the‑art headquarters in Pinehurst, NC. Relocation assistance is available. Estimated travel is approximately 10%.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $165000 - $242000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
