Annual salary for this role ranges from $93,750 - $137,500. This role is eligible for a variable sales incentive program.

Golf Pride® Grips, #1 golf grip brand worldwide, is seeking a Consumer Lifecycle Manager to join our Digital Consumer Experience team. We are looking for a creative, data-driven individual with a passion for communication and a knack for creating compelling content.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the various stages of the consumer lifecycle, including awareness, acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. This individual is responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns, compelling web content, and other digital experiences designed to engage consumers at various touchpoints along the consumer journey.
Ultimately, the person in this role will serve as the subject matter expert of 1:1 consumer relationships at Golf Pride. Together with the Digital and Brand Marketing teams, this individual will build our capability to directly influence regripping behavior and increase brand loyalty, simultaneously leveraging consumer feedback to enhance our brand’s online presence and elevate the consumer experience.

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $93,750 - $137,500.
Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
