Golf Pride Returns
Items purchased on GolfPride.com with valid order information will be accepted for return and the cost of return shipping is always free.
Our Grip Guarantee
Every grip purchased directly from Golf Pride is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) or your grips do not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it for a full refund within forty-five (45) days of the purchase date.
All returned grips are subject to a full quality inspection. If the returned grips are new and unused, you will receive a refund in the form of the original payment. If the grips have been installed and removed from your clubs, store credit will be issued.
Non-Grip Merchandise
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of non-grip merchandise from GolfPride.com, you may initiate a return within forty-five (45) days of the purchase date.
All non-grip merchandise returns are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund. Non-grip merchandise must be new and in unused condition with all labels and tags attached. Pending inspection, refunds will be provided in the form of original payment.
Return Instructions (Contiguous United States Only)
Please have the following information ready:
- Email address linked to your order
- Valid order number from GolfPride.com
- Reason for return
You can locate your Golf Pride order number in:
- Shipment confirmation email
- Original shipping label or packing list
- Order history within your store.golfpride.com account
Upon completion, a return label will be generated and emailed to you from FedEx. Please note the tracking number so you have it for reference to track your return.
Golf Pride will process your return within ten (10) business days of receiving the shipment. Pending completion of the above-described inspection(s), Golf Pride will refund the price of the product returned and any shipping and handling fees from the original purchase.
Alaska, Hawaii and International Return Instructions
If you are outside of the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico or Canada) please email golfpridesales@eaton.com to begin your return process.
Exchanges
Golf Pride does not have an exchange policy at this time. If you desire to exchange an item purchased from the GolfPride.com, we kindly ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item in accordance with the Return Instructions detailed above.
Final Sale Products
If the sale of a product is identified as being “FINAL,” this return policy does not apply to the purchase of that product and that product may not be returned or refunded unless that product is defective.
Cancellations
We strive to efficiently process every order to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to cancel an order, contact us or email Golf Pride at golfpridesales@eaton.com immediately. We will verify your order status and will make every effort to cancel the order. If your order is already in process, however, it will not be cancellable. For non-cancellable orders, we ask that you follow the instructions above to return the items purchased for a full refund.
Items Damaged or Lost in Shipment
If your GolfPride.com order was lost or damaged in shipment, we will refund or replace your order at no additional charge. Please contact us for assistance.
Returns from Third Party Retailers
Only items purchased directly from the GolfPride.com with a valid order number may be returned. If you purchased a Golf Pride product through another retailer, please contact the place of purchase for its return policy.
