All Golf Pride orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding the federal holidays within the United States listed below.
Orders placed before 12:00PM ET Monday-Friday will be fulfilled same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM ET Monday-Friday will be fulfilled the following business day.
Please remember that shipping times are measured in business days, which exclude weekends and holidays.
Tracking Information
You will receive your tracking information via email within twenty-four (24) hours of your order shipping. This email will contain shipment details, including your tracking number and a link to the selected carrier website.
To track your order on GolfPride.com, log in to your account to access your order information.
P.O. Boxes
Golf Pride does not ship to P.O. Boxes – you must enter a physical address.
If you have trouble entering your address in the address locator for your order, please contact us for assistance.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
Golf Pride does accept APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses for shipping. Enter your shipping address as a standard address and the website will update shipping costs ($40 flat rate) and ship via SmartPost.
International Shipping
Golf Pride currently ships internationally to Canada and Mexico only. Golf Pride is not able to process or ship to any international locations outside of these regions.
Weekends and Holidays
Packages do not ship from Golf Pride distribution centers on weekends or the following United States holidays:
Multiple Shipping Addresses
All orders must contain only one (1) shipping address – shipping to multiple locations in a single order is not available at this time. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please place individual orders for each location.
Multiple Shipments
All orders from GolfPride.com ship in full. If part of your order is out of stock, your entire order will be held until all of the products ordered are in stock, at which time your order will ship in a single shipment.
Pre-Orders & Shipping
All pre-order products must be purchased separately and cannot be combined with any other products. At the time of your pre-order, a hold will be placed on your credit card and will be charged when your order is processed and shipped.
All pre-orders will process and ship at the date listed on the product page.
